Graduated as a Physiotherapist, she holds clinical experience of 30 years. Her experience includes working with the Singapore General Hospital, Mt. Elizabeth Medical Centre and in a private sector. She is also a registered member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (MCSP) UK, HCPC (UK) and the Singapore Physiotherapy Association (MSPA).
She has gained over 21 years of experience in private practice and outpatient set-up and is involved in Clinical Services Management, protocol Developments and Operational Management for Out-Patient Services.
Monika’s strength lies in managing Clinical Orthopaedic Rehabilitation and Pain Management. Her main interest lies in Breathing mechanics and posture and alignment.
She is also involved in the development of SCORES – a spinal core stability program using Achievo Pressure Biofeedback and Real-Time Ultrasound that is presently being used in Physio Asia.

- Invited to present at Rehabilitative Ultrasound Imaging (RUSI) International Symposium (2015) at the Samsung Medical Center in Seoul, Korea

- Invited speaker at physiotherapy convention Apollo hospitals Delhi, India (2017)
- Conducts training sessions for SCORES in South East Asia including Malaysia, Korea, Philippines and India.
- Conducts talks for corporates on ergonomics, posture corrections and back n neck pain in Singapore.

Dinesh Verma, PT, AHPC registered, MCSP, MSPA
A Physiotherapist and MBA-Gold Medallist, an accomplished Professional and an Entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience, Dinesh is also the Director of Physio Asia Therapy Centre. He plays a strategic development role towards the growth of the clinic and its franchise and licensing models. He is actively involved in development of new technologies and has key competencies in Electro-Physical Agents.
Dinesh has keen interest in Technology development and implementation and is actively involved in development of such new technologies – He is founder of SCORES- spinal core stability program– that uses Imaging Ultrasound and Pressure biofeedback as an integrated system for Back and Neck Pain Management.
Dinesh has conducted over 50 workshops on Electro-Physical Agents and Electro-Therapy Applications for Swallowing disorders across Asia, Australia, Italy and Spain and has led to the growth of this technique across Asia Pacific.
Dinesh also served as the President of Singapore Physiotherapy Association Year 2012 – 2014 and currently serving as Secretary General of AWP-WCPT and Co-Chairperson of World Lumbo Pelvic Pain Congress Singapore concluded in Nov 2016.

Danielle has over 22 years’ experience in providing holistic physiotherapy care for adults and children of all ages. Qualifying as a physiotherapist in 1996 (Australia), Danielle has worked both in the public and private health care systems in Australia, UK and Singapore. She is a registered member of SPA (Singapore), Incontinence Association (Australia) and HCPC (UK).
Through personal experience and clinical practice Danielle’s passion is in the prevention and management of chronic pain both pre and post pregnancy. She is also passionate about empowering her clients (both male and female) with the knowledge to develop their inner core muscle strength, strengthen their pelvic floors, and lower back and abdominal muscles, so that they maintain a happy active life style.
Danielle’s treatment approach involves a combination of physiotherapy skills, a functional approach to postures and movements and life skills.
Danielle has a post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence & Woman’s Health), and is now working towards the completion of her Master’s in Women’s Health. She is also the only certified Manutention Manual and Patient in Singapore; certified in (transfer and movement) of patients, heavy loads, people with disabilities and or injuries, safe ergonomic postures and movements for sports, daily functioning and working at the office.
Graduating with a Physiotherapy degree from Curtin University in Australia, Pooja has had experience working in various clinical settings including neurological, cardiopulmonary, women’s health and musculoskeletal settings in both Australia and Singapore.
Additionally, having worked in KK Women’s and children’s Hospital in Singapore, Pooja has had experience working with the paediatric population and in the women’s inpatient wards. She has also conducted land exercise classes for women on the osteoporosis spectrum and antenatal hydrotherapy classes.
Pooja’s main interest lies in Musculoskeletal rehab, dance injuries and sports injuries. She has been trained in 3D GAIT ANALYSIS which is used for diagnosing and treating running injuries.
Pooja is a certified GEMt Level 1 Dry Needler.
She is very active in the circus/aerial arts community and practices both aerial silks and aerial hoop herself. She is well versed in dance and performance related injuries.
Gitanjali has over 16 years of professional experience gained across reputed hospitals and clinics. She is well versed in a broad range of therapies like Manual therapy, Electrotherapy and Exercise therapy.
Her key focus areas are clinical rehabilitation and pain management. She has skills in the Bio-mechanical aspect of musculoskeletal rehabilitation, including APOS therapy and ICB Orthotics.
Gitanjali is also a FISAF certified Aqua Fitness Therapist. She uses Aqua therapy greatly for strengthening, post-operative rehabilitation, Arthritis management and weight management.
Her passion is to her patients by actively engaging with them as also by way of a holistic usage of the above mentioned tools.
She is a registered member of HCPC (UK) APHRA (Australia), MAPA (Australia), MIAP (India)
Having worked across a variety of settings, clinical as well as research in UK, Australia and India besides regular physiotherapy, she also had been conducting Hydrotherapy classes in community care. Her main interest is in Musculo- skeletal physiotherapy.
Swati is involved in clinical development of protocols, Clinical standards and Physio Asia Academy to help co-ordinate clinic’s educational activities locally and overseas.
Graduating locally from the physiotherapy programme in Singapore, Shannon completed his Bachelor of Science in Physiotherapy at Trinity College Dublin. Shannon’s interest in Physiotherapy began at a young age when he underwent multiple surgeries to correct his limb length discrepancy. After each surgery, he worked closely with his physiotherapist to regain his mobility. This inspired him to pursue a career in Physiotherapy.
Having been a patient himself, Shannon understands the needs of the clients’ and is constantly motivated to maximize their rehabilitation. In addition to manual techniques and therapeutic exercises, he strongly believes in educating clients to empower them to manage their condition in the long run.

She also spent 1 year living in Japan, where she volunteered her time to do missions and reached out to the people there. She was able to learn Japanese then and hold conversations in Japanese, being one of the very few Japanese speaking physiotherapist in Singapore. Her main goal is to ensure that her patients are able to achieve their maximum functional potential and be able to enjoy their lives with the best experience.
